One of the many 'Kanmusu', or ship girls, in Kantai Collection (or Kancolle)
Kaga is a very serious young woman, filled to the brim with determination and subtly hiding pride. She doesn't display very much emotion, but that's not to say she's entirely emotionless--just really good at hiding it (sometimes) and not good at expressing it (sometimes).
Based off of the same named carrier that saw action in WWII. She's very protective of Akagi, a ship (girl) formed under similar circumstances (or whoever manages to establish this relationship with her depending on the rp).
